Catalytic combustion performance characteristics of RCO
（1）With high-quality metal platinum and palladium plating on honeycomb ceramic carrier as catalyst, the purification efficiency is as high as 97-100%, the equipment life is long, and renewable, gas flowing, small resistance.
（2）Complete safety facilities: fire protection dust collector, pressure relief hole, overheating alarm and other protection facilities.
（3）Preheat 15~30 minutes, full power heating. When working, only the fan power can be consumed. When the exhaust gas concentration is low, automatic intermittent compensation heating.
（4）The waste heat can be returned to the drying channel for drying, reducing the power consumption in the original drying channel, and also for other aspects of the plant heat recovery.
Selection of equipment for RCO catalytic combustion treatment and matters needing attention
（1）Exhaust gases should not contain the following substances: oils with high viscosity. Such as phosphorus, bismuth, arsenic, antimony, mercury, lead and tin; high concentrations of dust.
（2）When selecting the equipment, indicate the composition, concentration and outlet temperature of the exhaust gas.
（3）Equipment installation site, no corrosive gas, and have good rainproof measures.
（4）The power supply for the equipment is three-phase AC 380V, frequency 50Hz.

（1）For the purification of organic solvents, such as benzene, alcohols, esters, phenols, ethers, alkanes and other mixed organic waste gases.
（2）Apply to enamel wire, machinery, motor, chemicals, instruments, automobiles, engines, plastics, electrical appliances and other industries in the purification of organic waste gas.
