Working principle
Activated carbon adsorption gas molecules: activated carbon in the process of activation, large surface area and pore structure of the complex formed gradually, the surface area of activated carbon is mainly composed of a microporous provided, activated carbon adsorption can be divided into physical adsorption and chemical adsorption, and the adsorption process is conducted on the surface in the pore. The porous structure of activated carbon with high surface area, which makes it very easy to reach the purpose of collecting waste gas absorption. Like magnetism, all molecules have mutual attraction. Because of this, a large number of molecules on the pore walls of activated carbon can produce a strong gravitational attraction, so as to achieve the purpose of drawing the smoke from the medium to the aperture, which is physical adsorption. It must be pointed out that the diameter of the adsorbed exhaust gas must be smaller than the pore size of the activated carbon, so that impurities may be absorbed into the pore size. Activated carbon not only contains carbon, but also contains a small amount of chemical bonds, functional groups of oxygen and hydrogen on its surface, such as carboxyl, hydroxyl, phenols, lipids, quinones, ethers and so on. These surfaces contain oxides or complexes that react with adsorbed material to bind to the surface of the activated carbon in combination with the adsorbed material. Finally, the treated exhaust gas generates negative pressure through the centrifugal fan at the back end, and is discharged from the ground 15m chimney to the atmosphere in a safe and standard manner.
